QICGRE has submitted plans to develop an integrated commercial tower, retail and civic space at 62 Mary Street in Brisbane’s thriving CBD.

The Development Application proposes a 35,000m2, 39-level commercial office building that will become an important connection point between Brisbane’s Queens Wharf entertainment precinct, the city’s proposed Albert Street Green Spine and Eagle Street dining zone.

Benefiting from outstanding accessibility by bus, ferry, train or bike, this mixed-use tower will create a strong pedestrian link, offering integrated retail and social space alongside sustainable workspace with conveniences such as end-of-trip and purpose-built corporate amenities. 

The proposed development creates significant scope for retail amenity, providing a range of food and beverage options that are currently unavailable within the location.
